By commissioning me, clients must agree abide to the TOS.
Failure to follow gives me right to cancel service

• PROCESS •

Cute stars!

  • Clients must provide a description including canvas size, preferred art style, color scheme, etc. References are highly appreciated. More given details the easier the estimation would be.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.

  • Prices are determined based on the complexity and size of the artwork.

  • A rough completion date will be provided based on the complexity of the artwork. I will inform the client of any personal or technical issues that may arise during the process.

  • Payment is due upon agreement and is required upfront unless the total exceeds $70, further discussion is required.

  • If I fail to complete the artwork I will inform the client and offer a full refund.

  • If the client considers to cancel beyond the sketching stage I would refund half the payment.

• REVISIONS •

1. Sketching Stage: Able to request multiple revisions during the sketching stage.2. Lineart Stage: May ONLY request to revise minor pose changes.3. Flat Coloring Stage: May only request changes to the coloring of the artwork.4. Rendering Stage: ONLY minor tweaks.

Revision Limit: Clients are limited to only three revisions for each stage, excluding the sketching stage.Client Approval: I will wait for the client's response and approval before proceeding to the next stage.Additional Details: Any extra details requested by the client beyond the initial agreement will be considered as an add-on. Payment for these additional details will be required before the client receives the final artwork.*Every stage would be watermarked except for the finished work for AI protection

✦ Artists's end

  • As the artist of the artwork, I reserve the right to share it on social media and to use it as a sample commission piece.

  • I won't profit from the commissioned artwork beyond the agreed-upon commission.

  • Please let me know as soon as possible if you prefer to keep the artwork private at the beginning of the process.

Client's end ✦

  • Clients can use the artwork for personal purposes, such as profile pictures or banners. My work cannot be used for commercial purposes, or profited with its use. I DO NOT CONSENT PUTTING MY WORK THROUGH AI.

  • When sharing the artwork, please include appropriate credit. Clients are not permitted to take ownership of the work.

  • Modifying the artwork, including the removal of watermarks or tracing, are strictly prohibited.
